• Wisdom molars are extracted if there is insufficient space in the jawbone for them to fully erupt correctly, as this can result in infections in the surrounding gingival tissue, accompanied by severe pain.

Sometimes, certain teeth remain buried beneath the bone. In such cases, the gum is uncovered, and they are guided into their proper position using dental orthodontics.
